Sandals Royal Plantation is one of the premiere couples all-inclusive resort destinations in the Caribbean (check out their video above)and is rated far and away higher than all the other Sandals and Couples resorts and in fact made it onto my rankings of the top 10 Jamaica luxury hotels. It is a small hotel that used to be a Beaches resort, but it has been totally remade as a world-class luxury resort. Aside from Royal Plantation, Couples appears to have the overall better properties as their 4 properties are all in the top 5. The level of quality with Couples is consistently high, while Sandals has highly rated resorts, they cover a broader spectrum in quality and this is reflected in their range of price points.
