There are some fine resorts that didn't make the top ten, such as the Ritz-Carlton. The nice thing about a list like this is it isn't based on my opinion or some "expert" but rather thousands of candid reviews from travelers who have stayed at these properties. Geejam isn't an actual beach resort, although it has beach access, so if you really want to be on a great beach in Jamaica I'd recommend probably the Jamaica Inn which is on arguably the best beach in Jamaica and probably the best value for a Jamaica luxury all inclusive resort.
The Caves is a one of a kind resort built into the caves of Negril. If you want to feel like royalty try the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall which is truly the most palatial resort in Jamaica. Many of my readers are finding the best deals at these top Caribbean resorts on Book It.
