There are some fine resorts that didn't make the top ten, such as the Ritz-Carlton. Geejam isn't an actual beach resort, although it has beach access, so if you really want to be on a great beach in Jamaica I'd recommend probably the Jamaica Inn which is on arguably the best beach in Jamaica and probably the best value for a Jamaica luxury all inclusive resort.
